• Have developed deep understanding sufficient to enter in the construction industry and continue advancement in it or in any related field, including surveying and construction contract documentation. • Have the necessary technical skills to evaluate materials and methods for construction projects. • Possess the required skills to utilize modern surveying instruments and methods for site analysis and construction layouts • Have the knowledge and mathematical skills for determining forces & stresses in elementary structural systems. • Shall understand the basics of the material and labor components of construction as well as the professional, ethical, and social responsibilities involved in construction estimating.
